Meet Grover!
Grover is a 7-year-old, 16.5-pound scruffy terrier mix, possibly with some Cairn Terrier in the mix. This little guy was surrendered to us when his owner could no longer care for him, and he’s understandably feeling scared in the rescue environment.
Grover will need a patient and loving home to help him feel safe and build his confidence. A foster home would be ideal to give him the time and space to come out of his shell.
