Arthur is a 9-year-old, 15-pound Chiweenie with the sweetest face and a tender heart. Surrendered to us when his owner could no longer care for him, Arthur is feeling very scared in the rescue environment, especially around men.
This little guy needs a quiet, patient home where he can take the time to feel safe and loved. A foster home would be ideal to help him slowly come out of his shell and build trust.
